Kimberly Davis-Coniglio, MS, RD, CIMHP, LD
Kimberly (Davis) Coniglio, MS, RD, CIMHP, LD is the owner of Oklahoma Nutrition Experts.
Kimberly’s career began in 2000 as a dietitian on the campus of the University of Oklahoma, where she provided nutrition counseling to students and employees on a wide variety of nutritional concerns, including sports nutrition and eating disorders.
Kimberly’s success with the OU community led to the development of her private practice where she has been practicing successfully since 2002.
In addition to her practice, Kimberly has served as an adjunct professor for OU where she taught graduate and undergraduate courses at both the Norman and Health Science Center campuses. As a guest speaker, she also frequently educates dietetic students at the University of Central Oklahoma in the areas of eating disorders and sports nutrition.
Kimberly has been a speaker for the following organization's events: the National Eating Disorder Association, Oklahoma Dietetic Association, Oklahoma Counseling Association, Oklahoma Strength & Conditioning Association, Federal Aviation Administration and the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. She has been a consultant dietitian and speaker for Devon Energy.
Kimberly is a past president of the ODA (Oklahoma Dietetic Association) and was a member of its board of directors for five years. Kimberly was recognized as Oklahoma’s Emerging Dietetic Leader by her peers and she was awarded “Pioneer in the area of Eating Disorders” by the Oklahoma Eating Disorders Association.
Kimberly received her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Dietetics from the University of Central Oklahoma. She also holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma. Kimberly was one of the first dietitians in Oklahoma to become a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) and she worked with athletes for many years. Kimberly has furthered her education in Integrative and Functional Nutrition through IFNA (Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy) and she believes strongly in an integrative and functional “whole person” approach to nutrition and lifestyle. Kimberly is also a Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider and is able to help with targeted supplements and lifestyle behaviors to bring about positive changes in the areas of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, and more.
