What is The Radiant Woman Project?
This is a 12-week program with learning elements, reflection, and homework each week. I believe that wellness is a holistic concept. Throughout this course, we work on all elements of your well-being, including stress, happiness, nutrition, sleep, movement, life purpose…and so much more!
The core of the Radiant Woman Project is the weekly coaching sessions. Each week you will review a new module that dives into an area of health and wellness. You will complete reflection prompts and/or homework. We then meet on a coaching call for strategizing, problem-solving, support, and more learning. Depending on the program you choose, coaching calls will be either one-on-one or in a group. Group coaching calls are also recorded.
A workbook is provided each week along with bonus resources to hep you implement lifestyle changes.
A customizable meal plan is provided to help you consume healthy flavorful meals. However, I use a non-diet philosophy to wellness and weight loss. The term “meal plan” is used very lightly.
Access to communication with your Radiant Woman group. You can ask questions and get feedback from me and other participants anytime!

My experience and level of knowledge! You don’t find many wellness coaches with my level of experience and education. I have over 20 years experience as a dietitian. Most of that time I have specialized in eating disorders, intuitive eating, and sports nutrition. In the last decade, I began studying and incorporating functional nutrition into my practice. Functional nutrition focuses on finding the root cause of symptoms and treating it. This has improved client outcomes significantly. I also became certified in nutrition for mental health. I am equipped to help you in all areas of health. I have a B.A. in Psychology, and both a B.S. and M.S. in Dietetics.
How much time will this program take?
I estimate that the content module and homework will take about two hours each week. The coaching call is one hour. This program runs for 12 weeks.
Is this program going to help me achieve weight loss?
What is the reason you are struggling with weight issues? That needs to be identified first. I limit the number of participants in the group program to 10 so I can spend time getting to know you. Some clients are dealing with emotional eating issues. Some are dealing with health conditions or imbalances that are making it hard to release weight. Some are not making lifestyle changes and self-care a priority. We will be identifying your personal issues and struggles in the area of weight management. I am very confident that identifying and addressing these issues within this 12-week program will help you lose weight!
